2. Refund Policy
We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase, but we encourage contacting us first to resolve any concerns.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds are not typically offered after 30 days.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Unless an item is defective or damaged, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds, once approved, are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
