1. Standard Coverage
All products are covered by our standard return policy as outlined on the Shipping & Refunds page. This applies for the first 30 days after delivery and covers items that arrive defective or damaged.
2. Optional Warranty
Customers may choose to purchase an optional warranty at the time of ordering. This warranty extends coverage beyond the standard return period and may include:
- Protection against manufacturing defects after the initial 30-day return period
- Replacement or repair for eligible issues covered under the warranty terms
The optional warranty is only valid if purchased with the product and cannot be added after the order is completed.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Issues resulting from failure to follow product instructions
